Send the Punisher!!

Clad in black shirt printed with a white skull on the chest, Frank Castle a.k.a. the Punisher, is the epitome of a vigilante. He is heavily armed, battle-scarred and an expert in armed and unarmed combat. He is an ardent advocate in the eye-for-eye-rule of the ancients by administering capital punishment impromptu. Criminals tremble in his shadow as he delivers his unique brand of justice. But the sad news is that he belongs to the realm of fiction, Marvel Comics to be specific. He can never walk on this earth exacting retribution for the oppressed in his own homicidal way.
Why am I ranting about a comicbook character, a murderous one at that? Because of President Arroyo's decision to bend over backwards to murderers, rapists, kidnappers, looters of the national treasury and drug barons who have wrecked so many lives and created more drug-crazed fiends. Probably, her primary motive is to douse the flames that might be sparked if a prominent politician is convicted of the charges that he is facing which carry the capital punishment. Or it could be just to earn "pogi points," and gain the support of some influential groups.
I fervently wish that I could bring the Punisher to life to litter the streets with the bodies of scumbags. Then, we can walk safely at night without worrying over some lowlife politician blocking justice and denying the rights of many people to justice.
