Bagging a Communist Kingpin

Finally, the government has decided to nail Jose Maria Sison for crimes committed by the armed wing of the Communist Part of the Philippines, the New People's Army, on his orders to wage a guerilla war "for the people".
His minions have been milking the very people they are claiming to protect of millions of pesos in "revolutionary taxes"(I should know because my grandfather has lost thousands of pesos when the commies forcibly harvested his copra, rice, fruits and crops numerous times) and stagnating economic development in the countryside by extorting money from businessmen and exacting fiery - literally because they burn the equipment of "uncooperative" merchants - retribution when their demands are not meet.
My only question is: Why did it take you so long? You should done it after the USA tagged the NPA as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) in the same league as al-Quida, the Abu Sayaff Group and Jemaah Islamiya. You should have emulated the Mossad who hounded Nazi bastards all the way to South America and brought them back to Israel to face trial (a mere formality since their death sentences have already been typed but not yet signed) and execution.
I say that they should pursue this case ruthlessly. Joma, Gregorio "Ka Roger" Rosal, Satur Ocampo, et. al. have not yet faced trial for the communist purges codenamed Kampanyang Ahos and Operation Zombie where thousands of cadres were brutally murdered on the slightest suspicion of being a mole.
It's about time that they answer for their crimes against the people, against humanity.
