It seems that somebody had figured out that the root cause of the Philippines' high unemployment rate is not the lack of job opportunities, but, attitude. Yes, Filipino jobseekers are picky in choosing jobs.
Who are choosy? Our beloved teachers-turned-domestic-helpers in Singapore, Hongkong, Middle East and Europe who are maltreated, raped and murdered? The doctors who sign-up for jobs as nurses abroad? The university graduates who end up as telemarketers? The college graduates who work as security guards, janitors, street sweepers? The hundreds of thousands of child laborers and prostitutes? The scavengers? Tell me, sir, who is choosy?
